Hello! Joining the thread too for my little monkey boy.
Am torn because my estate just MOP and we are thinking of upgrading to executive. My current estate is <1km to Westwood (2019 170% 2C) (quite popular for Jurong West, if not considering Rulang that is). But if take means need stay here another 4 years…
We looked at a few flats in Bukit Batok (near hub grandparents) which is directly opposite Keming (2019 199% 2C), and we like how conveniently our boy can get to this school if we do move there. My hub is an ex student of Princess Elizabeth (2019 250% 2C) but we haven’t seen a flat really near it…
Are we silly to forgo the Phase 2A for PEPS and chose to take the risk for Keming cos we like a unit opp the school?
Any advice? -

Please seriously consider taking PEPS for obvious reason, already qualify for 2A and people are fighting for 2C. If driving, not to far if still stays BB

Yar I feel like the standard KSP advice is (1) go for the slot before P2C; (2) know your risk in P2C, monitor the situation on the day and proceed accordingly.

I googled PEPS and Keming and the internet tells me that they are a 6-min drive away, or a 15-min bus ride, or a 27-min walk. I think my standard for convenience might be a bit lower than other posters here, but that seems pretty convenient to me? Also, 199% 2C (or even 170% 2C) would be too high a risk for me. -
Keming is one of the hottest schools now in that area. Forgoing PEPS for Keming is a very big risk to take if I were you.

Hello all KSP
I’m looking around for schools for my monkey DD too. Like to join and learn from all. Hehee -
Wow this is really kiasu… lol but here I am for my Monkey boy.
Dilemma, hub is alumni of chongfu in Yishun, however, we live in west coast area, I don’t think I wanna subject my boy to the long commute.
We are interest in Nan Hua Pri (>1km) and Henry Park Pri (<2km), are our chances good if we can get under 2B (PV)?
What other schools can we consider? -

Chongfu is really too far. PV for Henry Park and Nan Hua if not <1km also can’t guarantee a place, but worth a try (if have time just go for both), and 2C probably Qifa
