They will apply adjustment to your Total original 4 Raw score, in order to compute your Tscore. So, Tscore is an \"adjusted \" figure, no longer raw (original) anymore

for 2019 Psle Maths questions like "false, false, not possible to tell", only in 2017, 2018 then start to appear in Prelim some schools. Before 2017 ie. (2016, 2015, 2014 & way backwards), don’t recall seeing this type of questions set before.

visualization 3D like cube, cuboid, also from 2017 onwards, appeared more frequently.

pattern heuristics : appeared before 2017

that "black and white bead" question : involved Transfer method

but this year 2019, did they test "model-diagram" concepts ?

It is 1/3 of ALL admitted to independent schools. So say last yr's ESIS cut-off was 260, so all those who scored 260 and above will get it, regardless of whether they are top 1/3 of RI.[/quote]

It's based on per capita income or household income. In this case it could be partial subsidy according to percentage

ESIS is by merit. As long as you are top 1/3 of students admitted to independent schools.

Financial assistance is different depending on which tier of per capita income you belong to.

Many of my peers said the last question was hard (pattern question) but actually you can see that the diff. between no. of grey tri. and white tri. is actually the figure no. So part b can be answered quite quickly.

If you are used to doing patterns questions, you will see the pattern very easily. It’s not that hard actually.

Hi ilovelaksa, I was surprised when my girl came home to tell me. All her classmates who brought 2 calculators are asked to put the extra approved with stickers to their bag. So they walked back to put back. End up my girl chose to use the new calculator we bought and lucky we bought the same version so that she is familiar in using. So learning point, next time must ask the school teacher to confirm if 2 calculators are allowed.
