from which Maths assessment book ?
While packing the assessment books, I found a Math question similar to the PSLE question 17 on triangle pattern.

is the publisher \"Teachers @Work\", title is P6 \"Thinking Skills & Heuristics\" ? -
It's called Non-Routine Math from Popular. There's only P5 level.

Found a post on reddit, the forummer did a compilation of different JC's requirement. Nor sure if there is any changes.
Thank you for the information. If there really isn't any pre-requisite, we would have more courage to aim for this schoollittleprince\" post_id=\"1941577\" time=\"1571219496\" user_id=\"19510:

I don't think there is pre-requisite to study BCME or PCME at Ri. I think it's the most common subject combi there. The recommended gpa to take 4 H2 subjects is 3.2(out of 4.0), but it's not compulsory to get gpa of 3.2 to take 4H2 subjects.

Is speed still tested in psle?
I browse through 2019 top papers dun seem to see it. -
Yes, Speed is one of the key P6 Topics, inside MOE Maths syllabus.
Speed is included under PSLE examination scope -
Hi guys for the PSLE 2019 math paper
The measurement question in paper 2 (question 2) I put 14.7 along with a few other ppl in my school. Others put 15.2 or 15.0. May I ask whether SEAB will allow more than one answer for this qns as usually measuring questions (angle measuring etc.) They allow aroumd 3 answers due to human error.
Will that be the case for this qns? -

Speed will be out of syllabus next year, according to my daughter's teacher.

This batch is the last batch to be tested on speed, perhaps that's why this year the schools' papers don't go big on speed. -
Oic, didn't know that. No wonder my dd said this year's psle paper only had 1 question on speed ( if never rem wrongly)
Aiyo, spent so much time practising on those speed questions.
Next year psle maths any new topics? Since Speed topic will be removed? One less topic, will be more manageable for 2020 batch if that's d case

Psle marking over, yesterday (Mon to Thurs, 14 to 17 Oct), means the magic number Tscore (3-digit) had been iron-cast ?
But once step into Secondary school Day 1, everything start afresh, renewed ! Everything reset back to base zero starting line all over again, with (4 x 2) double dosage subjects now. Nobody bother to ask for your magic number anymore, has become history (archived) -

Yes, my dd's tutor(not her teacher) said speed will be out of syllabus next year so the tutor told them not to spend too much time on speed; just know the simple speed. Schools are probably aware but the teachers don't explicitly tell the children. They actually should so that children don't spend a disproportionate amount of time going through speed before this year's PSLE.
