The 2019 S1 posting results will be released tentatively on 20, 23 or 24 December 2019..

mp, the reporting date earliest is 23Dec if posting results out on 20Dec.

mp, do you still remember yr ds's time (haha too long hor), was the posting results day on the first day of the tentative dates given arh?[/quote]in all likelihood, the reporting date will be 23 Dec (i.e. first working day after posting results are most likely out on 20 Dec). At the recent SOTA engagement session for CO and WL students, the vice principal mentioned 23 Dec too as the reporting date.

24 days to results day (assuming its 21st Nov) :scared:
Today is already 1 November (Friday)

Assuming that Thursday (21 Nov) is the actual PSLE results released (announcement) day, with 20 days left to go, is it considered ... long awaiting, or not really, because it is only one week after 15 Nov, the graduation party day which many primary schools are celebrating P6 Graduation, on this last day of Term 4 (15 nov)?

by now, most of us P6 students probably have an inkling, or some idea estimated roughly how we had performed in each PSLE subject, end up predict our Total Tscore is it likely to fall into the range of 15X, 16X, 17X, 18X, 19X, 20X, 21X, 22X, 23X, 24X, 25X, 26X, 27X, 28X range, etc ...
          and

with that booklet entitled \"Choosing 2020 Secondary 1 schools\", issued by many P6 class Form Teachers in primary schools last week, perhaps flip through this booklet, containing all last year 2018 Cut-off-point per school, can start considering likely ( possibly ), which potential 6 schools to select ?

Some Secondary schools may based on Tscore to arrange students into various 2020 Sec 1 classes, while others may cluster or group students by their dsa domain (Sports / Performing Arts / Academic domain)

Now, we just wait for ...
21 Nov to arrive, 11 am
( likely, this is the Big day)

(for those who already accepted DSA CO, no need to flip booklet, since already delightedly secured a seat in the DSA school, not allowed to participate in S1 posting by Moe computerised system anymore. No matter what your T-score turn out to be, your seat is happily guaranteed, under CO )

actually not all those with CO are happily guaranteed. i know a student who got a sports CO but the T-score might not meet 200, so still got risk.

On the S1 option completion, first looks like we need to choose the course first before proceed to fill up 6 options, eg Express (for both IP and O lvl)… qn is if ABC school offers both IP and O lvl and the kid would like to try for both, need to take up 2 options for same school ? or got separate column to state IP or O or not? what happen for schools with affiliation, as affiliation only for O but not IP, if choose IP as first option, will lose affiliation benefits or not arh ?

IP & Olevels track of the same sch will take up 2 slots. (Page 2)

Will not lose the affliation benefit if IP of affliated sch first choice and its Olevels track 2nd choice. (Pg6)

                        won't lose affliation, if put

                        1) IP school
                        2) OP ( affliated ) school

                        But in the event,
the COP for IP = identical, same as COP for OP (eg. In some past year case in SCGS), maybe more worth-while (more \"hua suan\", so to speak) to enter IP, join Euonia Junior College in Year 5, in the sense that no need to \"fight\" (nor \"chiong\") for a place slot in a Junior College, 4 years later.

                        Sian right, imagine
your child got to prepare for major O-level exam all over again, like what we have done in P5 & P6 PSLE ?
And thereafter, \"wasting\" time 2 months some more during Junior College Year (1) orientation, getting used to the new JC environment, before one can settle down, and before u know it, it is already May, time for JC1 mid year examination.

If there is a last time for the
COP of IP (dual track) school = COP of OP (dual track) school,
It will be probably either one of these last 2 batches, undergoing Tscore
                        (2019 or 2020 PSLE batches)

Going forward, once AL step in, in terms of AL points,

the COP of an IP (dual track school) unlikely to be equal to the COP of an OP (dual track school) anymore, if using AL points
