No. I don’t think any school is in a rush to announce.

Wait and watch...This year 2019 PSLE batch (entry into 2020 Sec 1 intake) is the first batch that will be affected by the 20% cap on affiliated students. We will see the T score COP being “adjusted” according to market demand first.

Is "no SA1 for p5" a rule all schs have to follow or a guide where some schools can choose to keep SA1?

It is a guide, for 2020 P5 batch.

Only from 2021 P5 batch onwards then it will become a compulsory rule.

Nevertheless, even if SA1 (mid year exam) is scrapped, schools are still allowed to carry out max 1 weighted assessment per term. So technically there can still be CA1, SA1, CA2, and SA2 (aka Term 1, Term 2, Term 3, Term 4).

Wonder when the AL score equivalent will be published based on the latest COP for 2019’s batch of students. Any inkling?
