After hearing of what my maid said....my parents were shocked cos the called from her aunty was plotted. She really a good actress. She can cried after answering the call :salute:

May be some of you will says my mum is too innocent believe her words.
But out of sympathyof her mother's sickness who will not 心軟。。。

Btw, she worked for a year.
      Hi shine_fs,

Your mum did the right thing. Although it wasn't good feeling cheated, it's better to err on side of caution. when a maid don't want to work, and they are forced to continue, who knows what they may do? Just saw news of maid putting window cleaner in grandma's food - it's alright if no one ingest that poison - but if did, any amount won't make a person come back to life.

I don't know what I would have done. Probably would have asked the maid head on if she want to come back. Don't want to come back, I'll ask her to take out all her money and just go. If she said want to come back, I'll ask her to leave behind some money (bank account minimum is always a good excuse).

My mum's maid is single and have a 2 yrs old girl. But the bio-data din mention...

When we told the agency, they can only tell us that if the maid din indicate, they also can't do any cos they will not go all the way to their house to check. 😞
