The lower, upper and median is 242, 257 and 246 according to school information service website from MOE, the additional higher chinese points not included in these numbers I think.

I believe there is currently 1 Higher Chinese class in Crescent (for this past sec 1, next year sec 2). Not sure about upper levels though.

CGS is not a SAP school. Bonus points for HMT is not applicable and not taken into consideration.

I’m deciding between st Margaret and Crescent. I read a lot of good reports about Crescent. However, after visiting the schools, I’m very impressed by the environment in st Margaret. I’m struggling because I’m worry whether st Margaret is academically driven, and whose >24x students will be driven to do well.

If academic result is your concern, there really is no contest between CGS and SMSS.

Hi, have 2 quick questions here. My girl scored 252 +3. She wants to continue HMT at cgs.
Anyone knows if the HMT olevel programme is well supported by school?

What is the mean score of students in cgs?

                  Thanks
Why not choose St Nicholas Girls'.
HMT Programme well supported by school.

                    Hi Phtthp

Why choose Crescent? I'm also facing the same dilemma as Mercy. Can't decide between these two schs. Read ksp and fb groups and receive mixed reviews.
Appreciate your help to share some insights. Thanks!

For a school with an approximate enrollment of 240 students a year, 125 students managed to enter JCs with COP between 5 to 8 points. Of course there are also students who score 5-8 pts but chose to enter poly not included in the 125.

Extracted from briefing slide to sec 2/4 students last year (also online but easier to include the screenshot)

The uniform supplier is at Queensway Shopping Centre.
