      Just curious why RGS so stingy with DSA COs this year? So those who get CO are really good or just lucky or both?

      Perhaps they are not stingy, just that the applicants aren't exceptional or spectacular...same same what they will get via S1 posting...normal smartiepants

      They have issued more or less the same number of CO / WL as last year. So, not sure where this rumour of stingy started.
