Come 6 am, better still.
Ask MOE to auto trigger set "alarm clock", send out all sms at 6 am, because anyway, many people cannot sleep
(Last Thurs, 21 Nov Psle results released date : a lot of people cannot sleep mah)
Then those who want to appeal, can reach GO (Secondary school) early morning, to appeal. GO Admin office open 9 am. 20 Dec, is Friday
