hi zappy, can i also ask about the odd/even week concept -- after march's 1-week holidays, does the odd/even continue in the previous pattern or does it restart? (does the 1-week holidays count?)

I think it restarts for each term (school hols dont count).
Then in July, you get another new timetable for Semester 2.

But actually, I'd advise... dont fret over this.
Let the kids go figure it out - they're old enough to handle this on their own.
They are more intimately aware of which week is odd/even because that's what they work around for assignments and tests in school.

If I really need to know, then I just ask her what week is this now... then I also dont need to crack my head over it or pore over my own calendar counting weeks.

Thanks! It takes some adjustment to get used to an odd/even week timetable arrangement but i'm sure the girls will manage, as you said. 😄

        Hi

Bought the bundle ebook and chemistry. However my daughter accidentally threw away the instructions on the ebook. How to purchase the ebook now?

Yes, the timetable resets every term. So the first week after the March hols is Term 2 Week 1, which means your girl will follow the odd week timetable.

Hi, so the kid got an email about being shortlisted for Math Olympiad Training yesterday. Can any parent shed light on this? What is this about? She doesn’t know.

                  Did the kid
enter into NYGH by DSA (Maths) domain, or
                  scored A * in Maths at PSLE 2019 ?

Yes, they did a test last week. I believe your girl did well in the test and being shortlisted. Think is train them and prepare them to represent school for competition. She was medalist for math olympiad in primary school?

Oh I see. That sounds like good exposure. Thank you. No she’s just an ordinary student. Not into maths competitions.
