There have been so many false dawns before regarding airspace, water, KTM land etc. Hopefully now we have leaders who grew up in the post-separation era, that there will be an enduring effort to work to a win-win situation in all matters.

Malaysia national account running out of steam, so trade these land to refill, perhaps intelligence has it that it is the best time to negotiate with Singapore, while land price is at peak…
