I've been informed that case 2, which was shared by someone last night, is definitely fake news. Not sure about case 1. Although it is in breach of the rules.

I think case 1 is probably also fake as the instructions issued by the authorities allow members of the same household to have contact. But outdoors, I guess they do have to observe the 1m spacing.
I checked tge MEWR FAQ on social distancing. Some relevant extracts:

You may still exercise, on your own or with members of your household, around your immediate neighbourhood in open, uncrowded places. Public parks will remain open, but gatherings in groups must be avoided. Safe distancing measures must be observed at all times. Parks may be closed if any crowding is observed. [My note: no limit of no. of children]

Members of public are also advised to return to their homes promptly and not linger.
Children may visit public spaces around their immediate neighbourhood, for example public parks. They should do so only with members of their households. Safe distancing measures must be observed at all times. [My note: no limit of no. of children]

Members of public are also advised to return to their homes promptly and not linger.Members of public are required to keep a distance of at least one metre from other individuals in public places (excluding in vehicles or public transport facilities).

Enforcement officers will assess the facts of each case carefully, including whether there are reasonable explanations for any compliance. However, we will not hesitate to take action against egregious breaches.

Enforcement Officers will not collect fines on the spot, from individuals and businesses who have contravened these rules. The penalties for breaches will be issued to individuals or businesses in the form of composition letters which will state the relevant follow up actions required.

        Hi All,

I just received a whatsapp message, that’s being circulated around

Appreicate, if anyone can help to verify, whether below content is true or false ?
Thank you very much, for your kind help

The message received content, goes like this -

        "
        A friend just shared this,

My cousin just reported that his wife and daughter went to Yishun NTUC, to buy groceries. They live near Sembawang Park. Both were fined $300. Enforcement officers say there is no reason for them to travel to Yishun, when there is already an NTUC at Sembawang and Canberra. ”

        ==================

If you happen to receive a warning letter from police, for travelling to another neighbourhood NTUC or supermarket to buy grocery, do share, because maybe the grocery shop in another neighbourhood is bigger, more fresh vegetables / fishes / poultry or more varieties to choose from. Thank you.

        because

        if is true,
then it will be like in Malaysia, where cannot travel to another area, without good reason

        =================

        example

suppose one stay in area xx, but Not in Tampines neighbourhood.

But want to travel to big GIANT Tampines supermarket, to buy one huge salmon costs around $60+, to makan for 1 month or more, by cutting up big salmon into small slices, keep inside the freezer compartment. One day each, inside the one month of partial-lockdown, cook one piece of salmon to eat, since troublesome to go out to "dabao" food, come back. But Toa Payoh supermarket don’t sell so big fresh salmon

Everybody also has a mother, if everyone gives a reason/excuse to go out and visit their mothers, then we don’t need this CB.

If you happen to pass the virus to your mother and she has to be hospitalized, I and many others will be the ones paying your mum’s hospitalization bill.

Luckily, my mother very auto, ask me don’t visit her.

            Again, from the MEWR FAQs:

            About visiting seniors:
Individuals can still visit elderly family members to assist with their daily needs if there is no one else living with them who can do so. Where possible, we strongly recommend for family members to support their elderly relatives who do not stay with them by keeping in contact through phone or video calls, or bringing them groceries, food and other essential supplies to assist with their daily needs. This is to avoid seniors having to make trips out of the home for such activities.

About going to supermarkets (nothing mentioned about location of where to buy food, whereas exercise is to be near home, and there is a suggestion to choose a less crowded supermarket, again with no mention of how close it is to home):
You should stay home as far as possible. Go out only for essential activities.
Examples of essential activities include going out to work if you are in an essential service and are unable to telecommute, to buy daily necessities such as food, for urgent medical treatment, to assist the old, young or disabled with their daily needs, or to exercise in an open area in your immediate neighbourhood.

Please follow the instructions of the supermarket/shop staff on where and how to queue. Alternatively, you may wish to go to an alternate supermarket/shop if possible, or come back again later at a less busy time.

You can try Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) Hotline (1800-650-6060).

I offered to drop groceries at my mum’s doorsteps but she preferred to shop on her own and told me she is used to do grocery shopping 3 times a week. I insist that she can go only twice a week and must avoid weekends during this period.

Is it possible to come out with some Apps that can limit everyone going to supermarkets/wet markets to say, TWICE A WEEK.

Users need to register under their respective household and can select, say, every Wednesday and Sunday, to go supermarkets. Each time must scan QR code to gain access to supermarkets.
We can use http://www.spaceout.gov.sg to check the crowd levels. There is a tab (middle tab) on supermarkets.

I went grocery shopping yesterday (Sunday) late morning after checking that it was not crowded. Everything was smooth and the queue was very short (over in a few minutes).

                      South Korea report that

                      Recovered covid-19 patients,
                      tested positive again

                      https://www.straitstimes.com/asia/east-asia/south-korea-reports-more-recovered-coronavirus-patients-testing-positive-again

not sure can it be, because this cunning virus is hiding, or deeply embedded somewhere inside the lungs, lying \"dormant\" ?

\"... nearly a third had unexpectedly low levels of antibodies. In some cases, antibodies could not be detected at all.
                        ...\"

I guess this low antibodies make it possible for the person to get infected again.
