last time i travelled to china and found China's MO for P1 is similar to normal P1 math, not brain-teasing (i had supposed china's math standard should be quite high)....

for higher level like P 5/6, the MO books in China are definitely higher than those of NMOS or SMOPS. and good ones could hardly be bought at the normal bookshops in China. I had to buy on internet and then ship them over .... shipping charges is many times the cost of the book itself ...lol

Do checkout dangdang website for china maths books. I think it will be much cheaper than getting from taobao.


Take this book 举一反三奥数王：一年级 for example, dangdang is selling for only RMB 5.20. Shipping cost is 50% of original book cost i.e. RM 5.00. In total, you pay only RMB 10.20 for this book.
