Can someone help advice? Many thanks.

Assuming we are allocated St Stephen under Phase 2A(2) as parent alumni. Subsequently, we withdraw this place to try for Temasek in Phase 2C. If unfortunately we are successful for Temasek, can we still apply for St Stephen again under Phase 2C Supplementary?
If you think you are going to withdraw then don't waste time applying at 2A2!, unless you like having to go down and withdraw personally. U can still decide at 2C whether to apply for STS as there have been plenty of places at 2C in the past.

Bear in mind that this year P1 registration is within the Covid phase 1/2 stage.

We do not know if MOE will allow parents to walk in to register in person. Who know, they might move all to online registration?

If that happens, then there will be no more chance to linger & monitor on-site, ask staff for updates etc. Maybe withdrawals will be permitted in person on case by case basis. But be prepared for long long Qs to enter school compound if need to scan QR code/IC blah blah.

Last time, got parents last minute rushed down quickly, take taxi to withdraw from an earlier phase 2A and then re-apply under Phase 2C, around late afternoon 3.30 pm towards 4.30 pm closing time, on the last day of Phase 2C

This year, don't think can practise last minute anymore, because long queue & social distancing enforced.

It would still be possible but MUST cater lots of extra time for the procedures.

Possible but not worth the risk anymore. like when do u register and withdraw? i think for those parents intending to do this, some may miss the cut off and wasted their 2B and 2C chance.

Imagine if the popular school next door suddenly has an available guaranteed slot or a mouthwatering odds of success like 9 in 10, why would the risk be not worth it?

As long as one understands the risk, provide enough time (like before lunch on the last day), and not wait till the last few hours to make a move, don't think there will be much to worry about.

HI. I would like to seek some advice. My boy is in phase 1 (sibling) registration. But I’m not really keen in registering him In de same sch as de sister bcos is within 1-2km & don’t have the cca dat my boy wants. So intend to register in another sch(nearer to my hm within 1km) & of cos it’s phase 2C. I’m confused cos if both in 2 different sch, it wud be inconvenient? The sch which I’m gonna register is not popular but there were balloting b4! Sumx I feel lik I want both of them to be in same sch but at de same time, cca & etc isnt wad he wants in the sis sch ! I’m confused. Any advise ?
