There's no hurry for you to get the necessity now. Every campus has a Computer IT Accessories and Supplies Shop. They sell relevant stationeries, Laptops and iPads at student price. You can shop it when you are at the campus.

iPad coupled with GoodNotes or Notability app is a good tool for medical students to take notes with imported pictures. -

Once u accept NUS or NTU, the acceptance portal will auto-reject the other school for you. NUS halls have no aircon. I wonder why they never upgrade after all these years. The halls are very old, all common toilets.
Heard NTU has special halls for their medic students and it is like condo compared to the rest of the other halls. Such privileges. And they have both aircon and non aircon halls.
When they live in the halls, they goto university. When they stay at home, they are going to school. No different from going to junior colleges. -
Yes if he has accepted YLL, the decision would have been final. Also the hostel application deadline is over for the 1st round acceptance. But imaybe that is subject to NS disruption approval for your case?

LKC can reduce the school fee, once it takes in more students, like YLL.
