If i am not wrong, the CD will be preparing the letter for you.

Letter will be passed to your CM / RC Manager to be finally delivered.

My RC reappointment was just approved yesterday and I’ve submitted my application.

This year Phase 2B registration will be online, probably the letter will be electronic copy, not sure.

which zone of schools are you aiming?

but can you do GRL in a HDB RC and then do two years of active work, get the letter and then move to a private condo nearby to be under 2B?

Technically yes. 2B schools will follow your registered address GRC.

Just to update, I got my letter via email within a week after it got approve in the system. All the best everyone!
