Update: Called RGPS- they said they are not allowed to give the numbers

some applicants who are SC > 2 km, are worried that they may end up, not given any chance to ballot in 2C. So, some parents \"double registered\" into Rgps + another primary school, concurrently, via online. That's why after Phase 2C had officially ended, the next day, on 7 Aug, admin replied \"data not available \"

thought the system would have checked that duplicate registration based on a children birth certificate number should not be allow

I guess the balloting rate for rgps will be around 77 out if 90, still good chance
