You can register in different schools in different phases. However, you need to withdraw from the school that you have registered in the earlier phase, before you can register in the new school in the latest phase.

The school that you have registered in the latest phase will be final.

Yes, next year will be worse. Those who have alumni places under Phase 2A1 and 2A2, better stick to them. Don't withdraw and try to re-enrol under Phase 2C, because the lack of real-time info transparency by distance break-down numbers is frustrating, annoying, created uncertainty, worry
