Update: Called RGPS- they said they are not allowed to give the numbers

That's why after Phase 2C had officially ended, the next day, on 7 Aug, admin replied \"data not available \"

Any idea what time MOE sends out the results SMS to the parents? When can we expect the SMS on 17/8 for Phase 2C balloting.

The SMS usually comes 8am sharp.
