Correct.

If graduated from pri and not in sec, wont be in phase 1.
But if grad from pri and now in sec, will be in phase 1, for full schools.

I think the problem is that MOE website does not talk about full schools.


I tried checking Eg SNGS alumni website, there’s no (visible) age limit to join.

For CHS, need to be at least 16 years old.

Befire reach adult hood (21 years old), to join membership: pay $20

Once reach 21 years old, considered adult, pay $500

And the staff answering the phone is also not aware. Cos apparently someone has tried calling Moe before. But anyway, i have no vested interest in this, phase 1 or phase 10 also doesnt make any difference to me.

Total, only 5 Full schools in Sg, out of 100+ primary schools. Naturally, moe won't focus on these 5 schools only
