If graduated from pri and not in sec, wont be in phase 1.
But if grad from pri and now in sec, will be in phase 1, for full schools. -
I think the problem is that MOE website does not talk about full schools.
I tried checking Eg SNGS alumni website, there’s no (visible) age limit to join.
For CHS, need to be at least 16 years old. -

Befire reach adult hood (21 years old), to join membership: pay $20

And the staff answering the phone is also not aware. Cos apparently someone has tried calling Moe before. But anyway, i have no vested interest in this, phase 1 or phase 10 also doesnt make any difference to me.
