Does 2CS MOE vacancy website show the number of vacancies vs applicants for each school end of the day? Anyone knows?

What is the difference between P1-IS vs the online form method? If so, then I will probably wait till 4:30 Friday then apply to see which one to avoid ballot
If we fail phase 2cs, can we still appeal and pick another choice school if the one posted for us is not to our liking? -

Try to call the school before application and see if they can reveal anything. Cannot apply at 4:30 lah, give more buffer.
No appeal if fail 2CS, MOE will post nearest. You can try contact your school of choice to ask for transfer procedures. -

Even if the numbers hit high, it doesn't stop anyone from moving on final day. Parents adopting a wait and see though.

Can I make amendments after I have submitted my registration online on the Primary One Internet System (P1-IS)?
Answer:
If you have submitted your online application and wish to make an amendment of school choice during the same phase, you will need to withdraw your child on P1-IS. Thereafter, you may submit a new online application form within the same phase. The online form will be accessible during the respective registration phase.
In these situations, MOE will take your latest online application submitted during the stipulated registration period of the same registration phase.
We encourage all parents registering their child for the P1 registration exercise to discuss well ahead and decide on their primary school of choice before submitting the online registration. This is to avoid the need to make any withdrawals or amendments which may lead to delays or missing a registration phase and as a result not getting the school of your choice for your child.
Can I re-register for another school online after I have withdrawn my registration online using P1-IS?

After withdrawing your child on P1-IS, you may submit a new online application form within the same phase. The online form will be accessible during the respective registration phase.

I understand that we can request for a place in the waiting list after securing a place in Phase 2CS.
Is it possible to apply for a place in the waiting list for a school we did not apply during Phase 2C? -
You can waitlist at any school you want, even if u didn’t apply before. The main issue is the waiting list can be very long at popular schools. U may end up waiting several years that’s all.

We intend to apply for wait list for Queenstown pri school a neighbourhood school which we did not apply as we are outside 2km. We are unsuccessful in our only 1km school Hpps in phase 2C. Meanwhile have applied for Pei Tong at phase 2CS.
