[Sembawang] Primary Schools

ya quite lot of homework, i can say. Seems that neighbourhood school are more taxing then elite schools huh? :? because hardly heard those elite schools are having lots of homework
me had not gone in Lead.com before, hence not able to compare both. But for Ask n Learn, I find it quite interesting also because they have many topics to learn about for Eng n Maths, including grammar. Think the kids can write blogs also, saw many started for P4-6, but simple ones. Maybe their teachers started them with it, viewing from the stuff they wrote.
I'm looking forward to the teachers to start their own blogs too, or something about their classes. Just like Endeavour Pri's blogs that includes many classes' activites. It will be good to let the parents know what they kids are doing in schools. -
Neighbourhood and elite school not much different in terms of homework but i think it is the name. :?
I would like to know more about what happened in class too. Maybe the teachers can post some photographs of my child and I can download to complete my album. :celebrate: -
Finally, holiday started and my girl is like so happy... any nice place to recommend in Singapore? looking for ideas

It's really quite worth while going to Sentosa this week. Lots of discounts off the attractions. I had a whirlwind expedition of Sentosa over the weekend and spent less than $300 including a 1 night stay in a hotel there (with breakfast and lunch), the Songs of the Sea, Luge and Sky ride, and Underwaterworld with dolphin show. -

yes. it's a worthwhile trip if you are prepared to spend some money. People like me who go to Sentosa and don't wanna spend much, can only build sandcastles. Quite a disappointment, as I missed the days when we can cycle easily around the island without running into any construction sites, eat A&W and take the monorail around

I also didnβt manage to bring the kids anywhere far too except shopping at Northpoint and playing at the nearly opened "water park" at SSC.
The kids had fun though. They had the water activity then followed by the painting session.
