Moe is very strict over the fact that

In order to appeal, your son First & foremost, must have met the school's official Cut off point. One point less, also cannot !

Therefore,
first find out what is the official COP for Catholic High (O-level), this year.


If the school admin reply that
251 is the COP for this year's batch, then you can proceed to appeal. But, you must understand that your appeal is subjected to vacancies, that arise inside the O-level track. If no vacancy arise, Sorry.

But,
if admin reply that COP this year goes above 251, Sorry, admin will not entertain your appeal request, because student has failed to meet the COP.
