We did managed to get the pe attire
Latest updates shanghai uniform totally no stocks for my gal size, not sure when stocks will be in as well. We managed to on-loan 2 sets uniforms from the sch, odd sizes better than none.
Will ask gal to check with the sch vendor proactively

Different Secondary schools in Singapore, used different Literature textbook. MOE does not standardize Literature textbooks used, in Secondary schools.

As such, Popular book shop doesn't sell any Literature past year National exam papers nor Ten year series, for subject Literature.

Over here in St Nick,
for IP curriculum Year 3 students,

if you happen to take Full Literature in your Sec 3 subject combination, one of the Lit textbooks is

Just to share -

I started teaching last week a SNGS Sec 1 student in Maths
Her mum sent her to one of the ‘better know’ center in Novena area.
It didn’t work out well.

In her Sec 1 Maths topics - the coverage is different.

The Sec 1 Maths covered topics not just the ‘main stream’ Sec 1 topics- but also include topics from Sec 2
There were some topics that are taught now - but will only be covered in Sec 3 / 4 in the main stream school

It is with DI - Differentiated Instructions - that we can help her to cover these topics.

I think they should give the tuition center more time. If the student is sec 1 this year and last week would have been just T2 Week 4? Then the student didnt really spend much time with the tuition center, assuming she started the tuition in Jan 2021 and ended T2 Week 3. Most Sec 1s dont start on tuition as early as Dec P6/ Jan Sec1.

How did they know it didnt work out? From test results? Did the Sec 1s have a real long test in March? Or maybe it didnt work out just because of the travelling and time slot.

And no, I dont work for any tuition center, “better known” ones or otherwise. I am just over sensitive when I see such posts that try to subtly direct traffic to their businesses.
