IMHO, SHPS isn't worth the effort.

It's a different story if you are already living < 1km, or if you are really like the property and SHPS happen to be within 1km.

It’s good to keep in mind what’s realistic and possible.

Notwithstanding, if you are ok with any of the Phase 2CS option, you can go for SHPS ballot at Phase 2C.

Last year Indeed ballot <1km in 2C, most years did ballot <1km.

I’m New to this forum

I am purchasing an apartment (near sch) but it is currently tenanted till after P1 registration. Tenant is not willing to cut short his lease.

Does this mean I cannot use this apartment as my registration address ? Even though I will be moving in few months after jul. (Tenanted till oct).
