I have some knee problem and can’t jog much anymore. Doctor advised swimming instead.

please let me know if there is good coach for giving lesson to adults at Clementi area.

      many thanks!

I'm looking at taking group swim lessons for beginners, but unsure about the frequency per week. I'm sort of a slow learner, so I was wondering if self-practice between lessons would allow me to make the most of classes. I have an outdoor pool at my apartment that I can practice in https://trackeasy.fun/usps/ https://showbox.tools/.

The only option for this summer is taking 45min lessons twice a week (Mondays and Wednesdays) for 4 weeks. Ideally would want to self-practice on Tuesday before my class on Wednesday. However, I can't do this every Tuesday, because I have to go to my workout class.

Therefore, would it be better to just wait for once-a-week lessons in autumn? That way I have more time to practice between lessons. The weather gets bad in autumn, so I'd have to go to an indoor pool to do that.

                Thanks!

Experts believe that a typical adult can pick up swimming after about 20 hours of lessons over a set period. The X factor here is how your body responds to being in the water. Everyone is different. Some people find swimming to be quite a natural process, others find deep waters scary at first https://forpc.onl/ https://jiofilocalhtml.run
