I like greenridge too, need to discuss with hb again. But for zhenghua and westview, I must chk on the dist too if is within 2km. Tks
within 1km to BPPS will most likely mean that you are >1km to Beacon (go to OneMap to do a simple/est check). as such, Beacon also need balloting for your case. usually those staying nearby BPPS go for Greenridge as second choice after viewing the no. of applicants on the 3rd day of registration to see which school they have better chance, since likely both school need to ballot.Joeyz18:
my distance from BPPS is within 1km, its like 10 mins walk. oh dear, think i am really confuse, stress mummy now.
if you are looking at no balloting, safer bet is go for Zhenghua if you are not prepared to go to WestView in Phase 2C supp in the event you fail in the Phase 2C ballot (this is based on last year's stats that balloting is required for Zhenghua in Phase 2C supp).

ya, life is like a gamble lol
Sorry , Joeyz18 ,the Announcement of result is by 13th August, Friday not 15th August.Joeyz18:
I am supposed to be in P2C and results of registration release only on 15 Aug, but will it be too late to withdraw and register with 2nd back up school of my choice if my first choice turn out unsucessful [/b]? :?
Sometimes we have to try our luck, as I came to know that one of my neighbour did not apply her first choice of school and apply directly for her 2nd choice and she really regretted.

Gosh, I dreamt that I was registering my gal for P1 last nightโฆthe school was so crowded and got me worried if my gal can get in. Simply ridiculous.

But, why are you so stressed?
Your girl is in P2A, not P2C, remember?

qms dear,
I know that but just don't understand why I dreamt of P1 registration and orientation. Maybe it's because I talked to someone earlier about managing 2 kids next year and their school work. But still it's not related to P1 registration. :? -
hi all,
regarding to the immunisation schedule,
6-7 Years
(Primary 1) Oral Sabin - 2nd Booster
MMR - Booster dose Poliomyelitis
Measles, Mumps & Rubella
do our children will be complusory given the dose from school (P1) or I'll still need to take my child to the clinic?
thanks. -
lvkt:
There is one jab given at P1 in school. I went to National Immmunisation Registry to print out the cert for my daughter...keyed in son's birth cert to check his jabs and saw that he was given a booster jab in July when he was in P1.hi all,

I thought they still rely on the health book of the kids ? -
verykiasu,
I will be bringing the Health booklet along, just in case...these are impt documents. Better bring along in case school said left out this and that at point of registration. Really bang wall then :stupid:
