Based on past years' info, they do update every day during each phase. Not just at the end of the phase.

Really? I seem to recall that they skip the update on the final day of each phase. Like they seem to think parents only need to see on first day/first 2 days to decide. After close, don’t care

Overall Phase 1 Day 1 take up is slightly lower than day 1 last year. Never touch the data for almost a year, still trying to shake off the rust.

Anyway just to add, this year for Phase 1, parents already filled up the online form and submitted before June, so I think Day 1 data should be close to final (unless someone forgot to submit earlier and need to do it within these 2 days).
