But MOE website very clear - no? We only need to bring the immunisation record (strange when this is all on the web and otherwise verifiable) and parents original NRIC. Don't scarly YOU be the one to bring a huge bag (reminiscient of pri school kids with very heavy school bags).verykiasu,
I will be bringing the Health booklet along, just in case...these are impt documents. Better bring along in case school said left out this and that at point of registration. Really bang wall then :stupid:
-
hquek,
BOTH parents IC, child's immunisation aka health booklet MUST MUST.
No worries, I will count on hubby to bring all the necessary stuff. HaHa. Me super blur. Darling, bring BIG bag along to register P1 ? -

The health booklet is used to help the staff verify that you are submitting the correct one. The staff only need the immunisation page.
If you have a copy printed from the website, it has the child's name, BC no., etc. on it. You don't have to bring the health book.
Bring the health book only if you are making a copy of the immunisation page from the health book itself. -
qms,
Thanks for the info. Will bring along that copy from the website since I've printed it out. Save environment.

In any case, my PD gave me a separate piece of paper for DS1's immunisation record (got his stamp and chop) - I think the original one in health booklet became very messy so he decide to recreate. Laminated that version....machiam like cert.

Perhaps anyone interested to know the above NIR Website. Just key in either parents SINGPASS ID, then go under 'Check immunisation' , key in Child BC ,name and DOB.
Hope it helps.

The information provided by NIR is so precise...never knew about such a website. Doctor who gave the jab as well as clinic are all shown. Amazing. :lovesite:

Just went to check MOE Website:
"Documentary evidence of immunisation (original or duplicate copy downloaded from the National Immunisation Registry website) should be produced for inspection at the time of registration."
Can we just print out the immunization record from the website to bring to the P1 registeration ?
I understand from my boss who registered for her son last year that itβs not enough to print from the website. Still need to get it endorsed somewhere β¦ ?? -

Since a downloaded copy from the NIR website is sufficient, there shouldn't be any need for further endorsement. When you print from the website, there should be somewhere that mentions the source, right?Just went to check MOE Website:

If you really want to be safe, make a copy from the health book, and bring the health book along with you on the day of the registration. No dispute then! :celebrate:
