Each year is the same story. Many other Catholics schools to choose from, but, in the end, parents fight tooth and nail for the selected few.

It probably needs more parents from the “other” Catholic schools to speak out and tell their testimonials before people know about the quality. Otherwise, the myth of the elite ones will just keep perpetuating. To the general public, specific school cultures are usually shrouded in mystery.

I would like to check if anyone has any reviews/feedback on Zhonghua Primary School. Seems to be a good school, but surprisingly not many kids going there.

Every school, a good school, but some schools are more good than others.

It depends on what you want. I only heard the principal is very compassionate kind. Friend’s child slow learner but happy there, not stressed.

Comparatively, another friend with slow learner child in Radin Mas, both child & parent excessively stressed out.

School culture and leadership style of the Principal is different for every school.

Hi I need some help please. I live within 1-2 km of Hougang Primary School, can I check whether there is any chance for 2C ballot, or they usually already ballot for those within 1km? I tried to find this info but was unable to find… thanks much for all and any help given please.

Balloting for those within 1km for the past 3 years.

In 2019 and 2020, citizens within 1 km ballotted for this school.

                      Hi all,

Am asking on behalf of an ex-colleague who is a PR with a Singaporean daughter. If she were to register her kid under Phase 2C, will her application be categorized as PR or SC applicant? Thanks.

                        SC.

It's the citizenship of the child that matters, not the parents (similarly, parents who are SC but register their child as PR / foreigner citizen will be categorised as such).
