2007 batch (sec3 2022) seems to be the smartest out of the 4 batches.

School had a tough Math and Science paper for their EOY exams, and raised requirement for triple science to >75 for both Math and Science.
Subject allocation released already, many who wanted triple science ended up in double science.
Looks like this batch will do very well in O Levels.

          :?

For Triple Science, the requirement has always been >75.

For those who opted for Triple Science but ended up in Double Science, it might not be due to the >75 requirement. It could be due to their Sec 2 Humanities results, too, for instance.

No, requirement for triple science has always been >70.

Of course you can still apply. However, chance of getting in may be low. Have something more definite in your second choice.

                      Hi

Need advice. I understand students need to take HCL. What’s the passing criteria for Y1-4? Is the HCL syllabus the same as those thought in IP?

                        Hi

There's no passing criteria for HCL in lower secondary.

All students take Express Chinese O Levels papers in Sec 3. To continue with HCL in Sec 4, the student needs to obtain at least a B3 for the Express Chinese O Levels.
