Hi, a quick question about 3rd language. My DS opt for Malay special Programme. Is this conducted in DHS itself? As I need to fill up the form for transport to the 3rd language center at Bishan. TIA!

Yes, MSP is taught in the school. I thought my son was going to give up but he surprised me by saying that he will continue into Year 3. In Yr 1 & 2, all DHS students also do conversational Malay (non examinable)

Do the MSP students still participate in Conversational Malay? Or do they use the time to do other MSP work?

Any idea of the rough percentage of kids that made it to Year 3 MSP?

                      Hi breezie,

I was told that white, black, dark blue or grey are all ok. Go mainly for the darker colour to be on safer side. Don’t get bright or flashy one. if got a bit colour, i think should still be ok as long as the main dominant colour are white, black, grey or dark blue should be fine.

Why not just wear normal school shoes like the ones from bata?
