Yup, I’ve received an email from the school to submit supporting documents such as BC, immunisation record, both parents IC in order for them to facilitate verification process.

For KCPPS, you can pay attention to a few things

                  1. What will the balloting range be for 2B for KCPPS this year, since the 1/3 and 2/3 rule kicks in, some folks under 2B will require balloting, if there are balloting within 1km, there will be people who will try again. (Don’t think it will be <1km ballot for 2B though)

                  2. You should also watch the number of CHS in 2B. As they are located closer, there will be overlapping of within 1km or some stay within 1km of both schools. Those who failed in Cat high and stay within 1km of both schools may apply for KCPPS.

                  3. Given the phases 1 day 1 number stay the same, and assuming 43 applied for 2A (range from 40-47 past few years), 2C available spots will be around 60 odd which is comparable to last year.

                  4. Having said that, since 40 spots are given each for ATS and CHS in 2C, general idea is that, more people who are eligible to go for them may choose to go for ballot, leaving KCPPS perhaps with lesser competition (for <1km). (Even if i assume everyone who will fail in 2A and 2B stay within 1km of respective schools and apply again in 2C, the odds seems to stick below the traditional risk profile of those going for ATS and CHS)

I noted your Phase 1 and 2C plan and choosing between affiliation and non affiliation (perhaps a longer term strategy).
                  All the best.
it's done.. keeping fingers crossed! :boogie: :boogie: :rahrah: :rahrah: :imcool: :imcool:

Surprised to see SMPS under-applied in phase 2c this year resulting no balloting at all. Wonder what happened?

Maybe the delay in renovations ->> delay in school moving back to original site.
