Congrats to all for getting CO & WL(At least its not a direct reject.)

For those who are rejected, move on to do well in PSLE. Who knows your DS/DD will get motivated instead and work even harder to get into the school he wants.

All the best to the rest who are waiting!

It would be helpful to know roughly what percentage of WL students actually get a conversion. Of course, if you do well in PSLE, there's no need for conversion 🙂

Actually, what happens if you turn down School Choice A if offer is not desired track, but School B offers WL? Can you turn down School A CO with aim of trying for PSLE but still keep WL for School B?

MOE’s statement on WL conversion is about half, although some schools are said to have much higher odds.

In the end, you will never know the most important piece of information; are you first or last on the WL ranking. For the former, it’s probably a 99.9999999999% chance of conversion. For the latter, it could still be a coin flip, even at the schools with supposedly good odds.

Good luck to all and congrats to those that received good news today.

You can turn down CO from A and accept WL from B. But if B's WL is converted you don't get to select another school based on PSLE results. The student will be posted to School B.

Hey parents, when did SJI and ACS say they will inform parents on DSA results? Trying to see if they are informing ahead of time then I know when I should start to frantically refresh my emails.

Just put School B in the School Preference Form.

                    All the best.

In the SJI interview/audition e-mail, they said that the results would be by 31 August 2022. In this case, they released results earlier than their initial deadline.
