Today I received CO but after I opened the offer , to my surprise, it is a O level program.

Never mind, it is all right.

At end of Sec 2,
from the O-level track, if u accept this DSA CO, there will still be opportunities for you to seek Transfer across into IP (starting Sec 3), if two years later (in year 2024, October), u are still keen in IP.

Can i ask… If the child were to do very well and qualify for IP Stream, assuming that the child accepts the CO, can they upgrade him to IP strea…

For this question,

best to go back to that DSA school that have offered your child the CO (meant for O-level track),

clarify with them -

in the event
If your kid's actual PSLE AL score come out in November is able to meet the same school's IP official Cut off point,

can your kid then transfer over into IP, starting from Sec 1 (IP) onwards, instead of having to wait two long years later, then start to convert over into Sec 3 (IP) ?

Clarify with them this issue first,
before you start accepting their CO, meant for O-level track. Ask them this only, if your kid is seriously keen in IP

AND

most importantly, your child himself or herself is confident that they can cope with IP
