Yeah... but your kid gets squeezed into the \"bell curve\" of secondary 1 admission.
So in the end, would the \"true\" standing of the kid be based on the school he/she gets in?
And would that result in schools becoming even more \"elitist\"?

You may argue that kids might need to go through balloting to get in, so no \"bell curve\". It would be interesting to know what percentage of last year's P6 cohort has actually gone through the ballot, and how many actually get their 1st, 2nd... 6th choice.

Not sure if accurate: boy was staring at his HP screen while walking along a path, did not see an auntie carrying bags of groceries & crashed into her. The fruits rolled all over the ground and auntie was very angry. Boy was very embarrassed, picked up the fruits & apologised. After reaching home, he realised his HP was missing.
