Yah lor Live seafood is charged according to market price that day
we also rarely order Live fish and Live prawns .
Crabs no choice , must be live crabs - But like u said how we know we are not short changed
even in wet market , buy prawns, the weighing scale is not really facing customers -
i count the number of prawns after return home from market , for my future reference

Yes, tell the waiter that you have been short changed. There should be 4 pincers, instead of only 3.
