Thanks. Anyone gotten successful results in appeal?

My friend’s child sent in appeal on 21/12.
Received phonecall on 22/12.
Appeared for interview on 23/12, and then accepted on the spot.

The child got posted to 1st choice and appealed to a school not in the list of 6.
Even though the school they appealed to is the dream school, the psle results was way off last year’s cop and so they gave it up in their actual list of 6. And then found out on posting day that they met dream school’s cop, so they sent in the appeal right away.

Got a call on 27th
Interview is more like a briefing on the 28th
Outcome is on 29th yesterday
