Many thanks! I am considering Tanjong Katong Secondary as well. Anglican High and Chung Cheng Main are sap schools though they look very good too! Unfortunately, I need to omit all SAP schools as his Chinese is very bad.

Victoria Secondary school is also another good school, to consider.

          In fact,
O-level (Victoria) track is rare & unique in that,
she offers affliation to the O-level boys, to join their A-level (Victoria Junior College).

What was this year 2023 PSLE Cut off point, for O-level track (Victoria) ?
Was it AL 10 points ?

Anderson Secondary is also another school that is strong in Sciences. Unfortunately, Anderson Secondary school is not located in the East.

          Alternatively,
u may do some background homework, yourself.
          Go to
          Secondary school Finder (MOE),
          and
for every Secondary school that is located in the East or Central,
          select
the drop box for \" Science \" domain or any other domain that is related to Pure Physics / Chem / Bio, that u come across. This way, u can narrow down to those Secondary schools, that catches your attention.

          Example
          =======

Fuhua Secondary school, located in the west, has this \"Forensic\" Science domain, which .... sounds interesting.

          https://fuhuasec.moe.edu.sg/our-curriculum/Distinctive-Programmes/forensic-science/

          OR

Presbyterian High (Sec) school, located at the door step of Yio Chu Kang mrt, has this \"Health\" Science domain, also sounds ... interesting

Can anyone recommend a secondary school, other than SST that has a good science programme in their school, preferably in the east or central that is in between AL 10 to AL15?

            Thanks!

What do you mean by a good Science Programme?

Since you target east/central with AL 10 to 15 schools, can check out those school websites to see if they have any science programme. For example TKSS under the tab \"signature programmes\" you can see they have various programmes offered.

                Yes, correct

san20sg must also go and do some basic homework herself, lah !

Since she is interested in those schools in the east,
                then

she should go and explore each Secondary school located East, one by one. From there, she will know which Sec school her (his) kid, is suitable for.

For boy or girl- How about SJI? Look up IB curriculum and see if the child’s strengths suits the program?

SJI is too tough I think is below AL9, same as VS.

I hope he can get into TKSS. I think I may have to lower the range to AL12/13 to AL16/17 based on his recent results.
