No it is not final. It is just yesterday’s number. Final number not revealed until too late lor, MOE style.

ACSJ and ACSP numbers as of yesterday seems low. Still got a lot of vacancies. Wonder how it would change today.

RGPS had 94 < 1km last year, doubt there will be a repeat this year for 112 places.

ACS numbers are like that every year. Ppl waiting to decide between the 2…or even between the 3 (counting SJIJ)…final day then everybody chiong and tip the scale.

Could be. NYPS numbers are quite high these years in earlier phases.

U mentioned ppl waiting to decide between the 2.... final day then ...

They decide later cos they are not decided/unsure or is it they got new information and data to help them make a better informed decision?

These people probably have choices and are waiting to check which school decision to activate.

They have address that is within <1km of 2 (or 3) schools and joined the Whatsapp/Telegram chats to kaypoh who applying where. Then they see where better odds for balloting and chiong there…but may backfire so jus be mentally prepared.

Apologies, but there was a slight error in our calculation which has been corrected. Everything is in order. But there is indeed a number of schools which people has withdrawn from, and many of these are \"elite\" schools, like NYPS, Nan Chiau and Rosyth! And these happened before the start of Phase 2C, and we continue to see the withdrawals in Day 1 of Phase 2C. It is very strange to see people withdrawing from good schools, for eg. NYPS now has 3 withdrawals. In any case, there will be lots more applicants waiting in the background that will be very thankful.

Yes, demand is indeed noticeably lower this year, but I haven't calculated that yet. There was a big rush to Raffles Girl's Primary on the last day... which resulted in it being oversubscribed for those staying more than 2km away. But still, I think it is a worthwhile switch.
