i think i read before in social media, a Jap lady who spend a certain small amt daily to save up to a millionaire (hard cash) in her early 40s (eat simple bread, rice etc) , simple life style - it all depends on what make us happy, fulfilled, satisfied & maybe many more other reasons for some people. Thankfully,I am blessed ,contented and grateful with what we have now

to buy at $2500 is rather high already ,selling near $3k psf is too much . lets say we talking abt a typical 3br 1000sqf .. 3mil just for a private flat only . there are rich sg, but still alot of normal Sg who make up majority ..
