According to the survey, buyers don’t mind paying up till $2500 PSF and they believe that new condos or EC will appreciate faster than resale units. How much profits are the new units buyers looking at? To sell at $3000 psf or $3500 psf? They may overlook the fact that there are older resale around the neighborhood only asking $1500 psf. I have also seen some condo launched at sky high prices 10yrs ago and today still trying to sell around the launch price. Got stuck. -

to buy at $2500 is rather high already ,selling near $3k psf is too much . lets say we talking abt a typical 3br 1000sqf .. 3mil just for a private flat only . there are rich sg, but still alot of normal Sg who make up majority ..

I thought property market might drop by 20% if the poor economic times persist for the next few years. Did not expect 20% price slash come so soon.

I probably committed at a wrong timing (2023).
But we just have to make a decision that meets the family’s needs at that point in time. Not possible to always catch the market or maximize returns… -
Calling price and transacted price are not same…maybe some trying to call for higher price then drop it to a more realistic price, we don’t know also.
