Can check My First Skool if want high quality programme. They have small class sizes meaning teachers can have more one-on-one interaction with your child and they have great facilities too. You get what you pay for and the kid will be very ready to enter P1. šŸ˜„
My child loves My First Skool too! The teachers are so nice and make learning fun. They play games and sing songs that help my child learn new things every day. The classrooms are colorful and full of toys, and my child always comes home excited to tell me about the activities they did. My First Skool really helps my child grow and learn, and I'm happy to see them so happy and smart. :rahrah:

Agree. Teach by example. If parents will take all gadgets completely, could have negative impacts on the child's behaviour. Us parents should also consider the child's feelings whilst thinking about their health/wellfare. I think's okay to let them use gadgets for about 30mins up to one hour daily as long as it is supervised.
      What age for 30mins adviseable?

Grocery shopping is a personal preference. It's understanble that there are people who are willing to pay for convenience. Me, personally, I enjoy grocery shopping in person than online. Although I agree that there times for me as well when I'm too lazy to shop and bring home bulky items and stuff. That's the time when I order items online :boogie:
I live close to the mall so I prefer buying stuff myself šŸ˜‚

To fight flu/cough? I think i'd prefer panadol and paracetamol than home remedy for faster relief šŸ˜“

There is no excuse for bullying. But I have come across the phrase \"hurt people hurt people\" and that gave me a whole new perspective that the bully might have been trying to deflect his own shame and guilt.
Yes. Bullies either had poor upbringing or have been mistreated at home. Sad reality

Hmm before i rarely get cramps even when i was still single and no kid. My sister already helped me book appointment with ob tomorrow but still worried. Hoping this just early sign of menopause and nothing serious coz pain is 7/10 :gloomy:
Could be due to poor lifestyle and hormones. Did you get checked by dr already?

It's OK in terms of just learning. But unless she's very talented, she will probably find it hard to catch up with others her own age who started at 5 or 6. I started learning ballet at age 11 (this was in the 70s!) and was in a class with kids much younger. I joined with a friend of the same age, so I had company. It looked really odd as we were both almost full-grown, and in a class of 6yo kids. We skipped a grade after the first year, but even so, we were always the oldest in the class. We learned for about 3+ yrs before we decided to stop. We don't regret it - it was fun, and it laid the groundwork for other kinds of dance. Later, at 17, we both started learning other types of dance - tap, jazz ballet, and more classical ballet, just for fun. My friend went on to be very involved in swing dancing, and more recently, Chinese dance! I got lazy and haven't done any dancing since about 19yo.
Wow that's nice! I have a similar experience except joining with a friend. I had to join late too when I was 10 (turning 11) due to financial problems. I had a hard time catching up but it was worth it! I did other types of dance too but eventually stopped when i had to enter univ. After giving birth to my first kid, I started doing zumba then yoga after a few months til now. šŸ˜‚
