It wasn't today. She received on the 3rd week of July after she took the test a week before.

Outside of schools that are confirmed to have released 2023 results (NUSH, etc), I think it is kind of hard to say. Some of the schools on the full list that someone reposted have moved around a week or so +/- depending on the year. I think usually if the emailed/mailed results are out to the COs/WLs, the others will have been notified too.

Based on 2022 release dates, why are there 2 dates for RI? Is it their usual practice to release the sports Co first?

Don't give up yet. In my view, the possibilities are still there if you did not receive the official rejection email/letter.
