Manuka Honey
-
Manuka honey will not spoil without putting in the fridge.
Sotong1209,
Maybe you can try UMF 5 or 10.
Take one teaspoon on empty stomach every morn, swallow and then drink little water. -
Thanks Janet.
I will go and buy tonight. maybe will try 10 -
This Manuka honey really works. Of course, that's assuming one is not allergic to honey-related products.
Recently, when my dds and i showed the first signs of flu-like symptoms (sniffles and slight sore throat), I bought manuka honey for the family and within 2-3 days, we felt much better.
Thanks to Blobbi and other parents who introduced manuka honey 10 to us
 -

No problem...enjoy it with your family. It's a very nice and sweet treat, on top of that a protection against the start of flu. Thanks Janet.
