From MOE \"From 2010, Singapore Citizens will be given two ballot slips for each child, while Singapore Permanent Residents will continue to get one ballot slip per child.\"

Does this mean there will be four ballot slips for twins and six for triplets?

Does anyone know where is the website to track the registration phases?

I supposed u are talking about School Vacancies by Phases. Here is the website u can bookmark it in your favorites.

          http://www.moe.gov.sg/education/admissions/primary-one-registration/vacancies/

Teletext also shows it during the P1 registration period.

Please note the info updated are not real time (not like stock market). Based on past years, the upates were done in the evening around 7pm.

or you can check here at KSP

previous years, parents would periodic share the registration status here after they gotten the info by either calling the school or visiting the premise.

And shortly after the MOE release the stats, it would be posted here as well.

            Hi,

I am due to register my child this year 2010. My elder daughter is currently in Marymount Convent Sch and is coping well.

I am able to register my 2nd daughter with Raffles Girl under Phase 2B because I have completed 40hrs of parent volunteer with the school.

Is it a good idea to put my 2 daughters in different schools? Please advise. Thanks

If child’s application in Phase 2C for school of choice is unsuccessful, can parent revert to old schools for registration? Does that mean that the application for parent’s old school will be considered under Phase 2C Supp?

Old schools' registration happens in P2A. In order for you to register in another school in P2C, you need to withdraw your registration with the old school. Once you withdraw your registration with the old school in P2C, you are considered to have \"cut off all links\" with the old school.

As such, if your child's application in P2C is unsuccessful, you cannot go back to the old school to register your child, unless the old school still has vacancies. By then, you will be in P2CS, and your child will be treated like any other children who apply to the school in this phase. Your child will not be granted any priority in P2CS based on the \"old school link\" anymore.

Why not considers to apply under your old school under phase 2A as first choice . Then apply phase 2C under second choice.

What is the distances between your 2 choices of school then?

It is important to considers under distances. 😄

according to a parent, \"for multiples, we will get only 1 ticket. Your children's names will all be in 1 ballot paper. If the ballot gets picked, your triplets will all get in. \" - see Twins comments here - http://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/forum/viewtopic.php?t=11513&start=20

if there is no change to MOE's policy regarding admitting twins (etc), that means that for SG Citizens, there will still be 2 ballot slips for twins, triplets etc.

I am new here. But I thought I recall reading somewhere that twins are considered as 1 application. If so, should only be 2 ballot slips. You might want to check with MOE.
