I have been a SHHK members for almost two years and is thinking of enrolling my son in Tao Nan Pri. However I stayed in Simpang Bedok which is more than 2 km. Can anyone help advise me what are my chances? Are the chances higher for Kong Hwa or Tao Nan as both are more than 2 km:( -

There is a moderate risk that you may not even be able to ballot for Tao Nan or Kong Hwa at Phase 2B, if you are staying more than 2km away. -
