ATS is an extremely popular school. I really doubt they will drastically reduce the intake.

But they might move to a new location where they can accommodate all their students...

Can't confirm this but one parent told me that once SNics move out of their current holding school, ATS will take over. All levels will move out except those doing PSLE in 2012. I don't know how feasible this plan is - imagine the student studying with all the construction work going on.

My daughter is 9 months young and registering for P1 in 2016. My husband is an ex-student of ATS but not an alumni member. We live within 1km of ATS. May I please have some advice on our chances of getting into ATS?

Your DD qualifies for Phase 2A2 and no balloting had ever occurred for Phase 2A2 for any school in Singapore. Then again, it's still 6 years from now and circumstances might change.

It is also higher than all previous years.

2B will sure ballot.

CHS does not has the largest number of registration so far. It has the least balanced vacancies among the 4 schools here as it has a small total vacancy.

And yes, Catholic high is very likely to ballot for within 1km for phase 2B & 2C, as per previous years.
