Has anyone ever tried the orgainic juices sold by beauty & slimming centres (eg. Theresa)? Do you think it is effective for weight loss purpose? :lol:

Maybe intially yes, as it could serve a purpose to detox but not for long term result. Overall, exercise and balanced diet is the way to go.

I think that somehow, it can really affect. But i guess you need to look more even further on this one. I just hope that things would be well in this one.

most are just detox or those that curb your appetite so in the end you will just eat less and hopefully slim down.
