      If parents can lower their expectations of their kids, a huge portion of stress would be taken away...both from the parents as well as the kids.


      I eat regularly all the stress-busting foods (except almonds), plus lowered my expectations of both kids, and I meditate and yoga too but still can't help feeling stressed over my mum.

              Yup. I agree as well…


              Not about food… Lavendar also do a good trick. The scent will help you to relax and be more calm.
